'Most Haunted Live' is a live television broadcast extension of the Britain ghost hunting series, 'Most Haunted.' Yvette Fielding, host and lead investigator, Karl Beattie, director of investigation, David Wells, psychic, and Ciaran O'Keefe, a parapsychologist, are the core investigative team that travel to a spooky destinations in search of ghosts, evil spirts and other forms of paranormal activity. During the live event, fans have the opportunity to send the team their well wishes, warnings and let them know what they see through psychic art. There are always several eerie moments throughout the broadcast and the series. You can catch the 7-hour, live broadcast of 'Most Haunted Live' on Friday, Oct. 19 at 9 p.m. ET. Be sure to catch the 'Most Haunted' series every Friday at 10 p.m. only on the Travel Channel.

How much does it cost to use Most Haunted Live?

The site is completely free.

Are there any restrictions about what I can post on the site?

Yes. You can’t post pornography. You can’t post video that is copy written or not in the public domain. For more information on post guidelines, please see the Terms and Conditions for full rights and limitations.

Do I need a certain browser or system to use Most Haunted Live?

Most Haunted Live works in any browser and on any system (Windows PC, Mac, etc).The only requirement is that you have the Adobe Flash Player 7 or higher on your system.

Can I post Most Haunted Live video to my blog?

Absolutely. The Clip information page shows the HTML code you can copy and paste into your blog. Be sure to copy the html EXACTLY as is, without adding extra breaks or spaces. What can I do on the site?

You can look at and comment on video on the public site. Become a member and upload your own video and share it with whoever you want. Link your video to your blog. Sort your videos by topics and check out clips on the same topic. Comment on clips, rate them or add a webcam review.

Do you support Dial-up connections via analog modems?

We do not recommend dial-up connections for viewing video on Most Haunted Live. We recommend a broadband connection such as DSL or cable modem with at least 1.5Mbps downstream and 384Kbps upstream.

How much disk space do I have available and how is it calculated?

We give you 5GB of storage for you clips and photos. It is calculated by the size of the files you upload.

Upload and Video Support

How do I upload clips to Most Haunted Live?

You must be a registered member to upload content.

• Web Upload – This is the most common way to upload content into Most Haunted Live.  Once you are logged in click on Upload Clips from the top navigation bar. Web Upload will be the default selection for uploading. You can select up to 5 files to upload at one time. Just click the Browse button to find the file on your local computer. When you are finished selecting files just click the Upload button.

Is there a size limit on the files I upload?

Yes, we currently have a file limit of 100MB, but we do not have a limit on length. Its true, longer clips are generally larger in size, but 100MB is pretty big.

What file type does Most Haunted Live support?

We support a wide range of video types from digital camera, camcorders, and mobile phones. We support WMV, MOV, AVI , MPG, 3GP, 3GPP2 and JPG for still images.

What’s the best video format to use to get the best quality?

We would recommend MPEG-4 (Quicktime, Divx, Xvid) and the frame size 320x240 and MP3 audio.

Can I share videos with others?

Yes you can share by emailing or placing your videos in blogs or websites. To email when you are watching a clip click on the “Email this clip” link below the name of the user who uploaded the clip. Also when viewing a list of clips, check the box in the lower left corner of the clips you want to email and then select

How about if I don’t want to email clips, is there another way?

Yes, there is a new feature called My URL which let’s you email or blog a link of all your Public videos and Favorites. Your feinds can come back and check the URL anytime to see if you have uploaded anything new.

Can I download videos from Most Haunted Live?

We currently do not offer the capability of downloading clips from the site.

What do I do if I forget my password?

You click on the “Forgot your Password?” button on the Login page and an email gets sent to the email address in your profile.

What about if I want to change my password?

You go to the My Profile page and change it!

How do I change my profile or screen name?
